Rates for Winter 2011/2012

We care about our guests ....

.... and that's the reason that you recieve an early booking discount on rack rates:

If you make your booking unti:

June 30, 2011 you will receive a discount of  10 %
October 31, 2011 you will receive a discount of 5 %

Discounts just on rack rates (not valid for packages), excluding local tax.

The rates are excludling local tax, which is € 2,50 per person per day.

We require a minimum stay of 7 nights during New Years Eve. Last possible arrival day is the  25.12.2011.

Early booking discount:
If you book
until June 30, 2011 you will receive an early booking discount of  10%
until October 31, 2011 you will receive an early booking discount of 5%

just on all rack rates excluding local tax.

Rates for children: rates are per child, only valid if the children stay with the parents in one room and this rates also requires two full paying parents:
up to 2,9 years - free of charge
3 to 5,9 years - 60 % discount
(If shared rooms are occupied by 4 people children up to 15,9 years will receive 60% discount)
6 to 15,9 years - 35% discount
16 to 18,9 years - 15 % discount
Children which stay in a seperate room will receive a 15 % discount (excluding New Years Eve)

Surcharge for single occupancy:
€ 14,00 per night (please note that we just have 2 single rooms available)

Double rooms for single occupancy:
€ 150,00 per night (excluding New Years Eve - rate on request)

Bookings over the weekend:
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, should you stay less than 3 nights (Thursday - Sunday, Friday - Monday) we will charge you additional the missing nights as per price list.

Pets: € 7,50 per day (Please keep in mind that the pets are not allowed in the restaurant and the wellness area)

Cancallation fee:
We recommend to book your room in combination with a cancellation insurance arrangement through us (available to book on our homepage or we can also send you some details) or through your own insurance.

Booking Conditions:
To guarantee your booking we require a 20% deposit of the total package booked. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Please be advised that we only take Visa or Mastercards.

Arrival and Departure
Check in time for the rooms is 3.00 p.m. (negotiable). We kindly ask you to empty the rooms on your departure day until 11.00 a.m. Please be advised that we charge the rack rate in case of a late arrival or earlier departure.

Please let us know via telephone if your arrival will be after 8.00 p.m.

We accept switch cards, Master and Visa cards.
