Room Rates Summer 2011

All rates per person per day including "All inclusive Light", excluding local tax

Rates for children:
Rates are per child, only valid if the children stay with the parents in one room and this rates also require two full paying parents:
up to 5,9 years - free of charge
up to 13,9 years - € 23,00 per child per day
from 14 years onwards - € 36,00 per child per day
Children which stay in a seperate room will receive a 15 % discount

Surcharge for single occupancy:
€ 14,00 per night

Weekend supplement:
For stays over the weekend (Friday until Sunday) there will be a supplement charge of 10%.

Pets: € 7,50 per day (Please keep in mind that the pets are not allowed in the restaurant and the wellness area)

All inclusive light:
* Richly diverse breakfast buffet
* Lunch snack with soup and cakes
* 4 course-menu with choice in the evening including salads from the buffet
* Softdrinks as juices, lemonades and soda from the drink fountain (self-service)
* Cosy bathrobes and towels
* Child care Monday - Friday from 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
* Use of the 1.000 sqm wellness area from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. including Finnish- and organic saune (saunas are heated from 3.00 p.m. onwards), steam room, infrared cabin, 2 whirl pools, relaxation area, swimming pool and much more.
* Use of the gym

Booking Conditions:
To guarantee your booking we require a 10% deposit of the total package booked. The deposit can be paid by credit card (only Visa and Mastercard accepted) or bank transfer.

Cancellation fee:
Should you arrive a day later or leave earlier, we are nevertheless obliged to take payment for the missed day(s).
The Austrian hotel contractual terms will apply for all bookings.

Check in / Check out:
On your arrival day, the rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. (negotiable) onwards. We kindly ask you to empty the rooms on your departure day until 10.00 a.m. In case you arrive later than 6.00 p.m. we kindly ask you to inform our reception.
